In Japan Mica was a manager for such talents like Satsuki Ariga and Junko Shinoda.
Mica moved to Los Angeles in 1997 to study music business at UCLA. On the side she
always has a passion for photography. While decorating a friends restaurant with her
pictures. A professional British photographer and American designer saw her pictures
and were deeply moved. The two recommended her to be a photographer. Impressed by
the recommendation she took up photography for the year.
Mica's photography and view of the world are captured in one ordinary day that the
common eye easily to over looked.

１９９７年秋 音楽ビジネスを学ぶためＬＡに留学。
もともと写真を撮ることが好きだった彼女はある日イギリス人の写真家とアメリカ人
のデザイナーと知り合い「君は才能があるのに何故無駄にするの？」と言われた事を
機に真剣に写真を学び始める。
彼女の作品は一般の人が見逃しがちな物や一瞬に生を見出す。
